We keep all your data strictly confidential. Nobody has access to the raw information provided to us by participants in any benchmarking project, except our consultants and analysts. Data submitted online is held on a secure server and cannot be accessed except by password.
We do not disclose any of your performance or process benchmarking results without your written permission.
Our performance benchmarking reports mask the results of individual participating organisations by the use of a code. Each organisation knows its own code, but not the codes of any other participants.
Organisations that participate in our performance benchmarking studies are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. This provides that no participant may disclose information from the study outside the group of participants.
We do not sell your name or contact details to anyone.
