Well, now you can. This new Performance Review will cover all aspects of two major service areas: Aged & Disability Services, and Family, Youth & Children's Services. You will be able to compare your Council on such vital aspects as the cost of providing different programs, performance against service standards, response times, staffing levels, and more.

You can enrol for either or both these studies. There is a 10% discount for participating in both.
You provide data online via data gathering template hosted on a secure web site. The data requested mostly comes from your budget and accounting reports for the most recent financial year.
We collect your data and use it to calculate your results against a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Comprehensive Report contains:
What you get
You will receive a Comprehensive Report showing your results against all the other Councils that have participated in this intake. You get one hard copy in colour, and also a soft copy in Acrobat (portable document format or .pdf). The report contains both qualitative and quantitative information to help you run your service better.
You also get access to KPIs Online for one year. This is an online database containing the results of all participants in the study. You will be able to enter with a password, and use the site to:
Individual results will not be identifiable in either the report or the database. All results reported are calculated as ratios or percentages, and all individual results are masked by a code in the charts. You will know which code represents your Council, but nobody else will be able to identify you.

Confidentiality
The detailed findings of the Review are available only to participants. No public reports will be produced. Benchmarking PLUS will keep your information confidential and will not disclose your identity to other parties without your permission. The raw data you provide will not be reported as such, but used to calculate the ratios and percentages that are reported. All participants are required to agree to confidentiality provisions which also bind Benchmarking PLUS and its employees and agents.
